Welcome to Spartan Junk Removal! By visiting our website at spartanjunk.com, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Precedence Enterprises, LLC dba Spartan Junk Removal (“Spartan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “You” or “your” refers to any individual or entity visiting our website or using our services, whether residential or commercial.
1. Our Services
Spartan Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, and related services for residential and commercial customers. Services are subject to availability, safe access to the property, and the nature of the items to be removed.
Hazardous materials: We do not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to chemicals, asbestos, biohazardous waste, or other regulated substances. For paint and chemical disposal, we partner with Yuck Old Paint. Contact us for more information.
2. Booking and Scheduling
You may book services through the following channels:

- In person
Bookings are confirmed upon our written or verbal acknowledgment. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any job at our discretion.
Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice as a courtesy. There is no cancellation fee unless a deposit has been paid and work or resources have already been mobilized; in that case, the deposit may be partially or fully retained to cover incurred costs.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We provide estimates based on the best information available at the time of booking. Final pricing is based on the actual volume, weight, and complexity of work performed.
- If additional items or scope arise on-site beyond the original estimate, we will stop and communicate updated pricing before continuing. You will only be charged for work already completed if you choose not to proceed.
- If the final job is less than estimated, we will adjust the price downward accordingly.

By authorizing us to begin work, you agree to pay for services rendered at the rates communicated at or before the start of the job.
4. Deposits
A deposit may be required under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Jobs requiring specialized equipment not typically part of our standard fleet
- Jobs requiring staffing levels beyond our standard crew, which necessitate access to secondary labor markets
When a deposit is required, we will communicate this clearly before the booking is confirmed. Deposits are applied toward the total invoice. If a job is cancelled after resources have been committed, the deposit may be partially or fully retained to cover mobilization costs. We will explain any retention in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit and debit cards
- Cash
- Check
- Square and other digital payments
- ACH / bank transfer
- Bitcoin
- Venmo
Cryptocurrencies and peer-to-peer payment platforms (e.g., Bitcoin, Venmo) are accepted at our discretion. We are not responsible for transaction errors, delays, or fees associated with these platforms. All payments must clear before a receipt is issued.
When payment is due
Payment is due upon completion of each job. For larger or multi-day projects, payment is due at the end of each workday unless a separate written payment schedule has been agreed upon in advance.
Authorization to proceed
The individual who authorizes us to begin work — whether the property owner, a contractor, project manager, or other representative acting on your behalf — is considered authorized to bind the responsible party to these payment terms. Authorization to begin constitutes agreement to pay for all services rendered.
Late or failed payments
- Any discounts applied to the invoice will be rescinded if payment is not received by the due date.
- Interest may be charged on overdue balances at 3% per month or at the maximum rate permitted by Maryland law.
- A $750 administrative fee, plus applicable collection or legal costs, may be assessed if payment requires third-party collection efforts or legal action.
- Returned checks or failed payment fees are the customer's responsibility.
Fair value / quantum meruit
When Spartan completes work that you have authorized and from which you receive a direct benefit, you are obligated to pay the fair value of those services. Failure to pay after work is completed may constitute unjust enrichment and can result in legal action to recover the value of services rendered, including collection costs and reasonable legal fees.
If you have a concern about the quality or scope of work performed, please raise it immediately upon job completion. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly — but a dispute does not suspend your obligation to pay for undisputed portions of the work.
6. Text Message (SMS) Communications
Spartan Junk Removal may send you text messages related to your service, appointments, and promotions. The following terms govern all SMS communications.
How you opt in
You will only receive text messages from us if you have provided express prior written consent through one of the following methods:
- When scheduling by phone, our team will inform you of the SMS program and ask for your verbal consent before adding you to our messaging list. Your consent is documented in our scheduling system at the time of booking.
- When booking online or by email, you will see a clear, standalone consent to receive text messages.
- In-person bookings follow the same verbal consent process as phone bookings, with consent documented at the time of scheduling.
Consent to receive text messages is never required to book or use our services.
What we send
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Crew dispatch and job status updates
- Post-job follow-ups
- Promotional offers (only if you specifically opted into marketing messages)
Message frequency and rates
You may receive up to 5–6 messages per service event. Promotional messages are sent no more than 2–4 times per month. Message and data rates may apply — check your wireless plan for details.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you re-opt in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. All SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Customer Conduct
We expect all customers and their representatives to treat our team with courtesy and respect. Verbal abuse, threats, harassment, or creation of unsafe working conditions will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services. In such cases, you will be charged for all work already performed.
8. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on spartanjunk.com — including text, images, logos, and other materials — is owned by Precedence Enterprises, LLC unless otherwise noted. You may share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. You may not:
- Republish our content as your own
- Sell, license, or sub-license any materials from our site
- Copy or redistribute content in ways that violate these terms or applicable copyright law
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may include referrals to third-party providers, such as Yuck Old Paint, for paint and chemical disposal. While we refer only to reputable partners, Spartan Junk Removal is not responsible for the actions, quality, pricing, or outcomes of any third-party provider.
Our website may contain links to external sites. Once you leave spartanjunk.com, the terms and privacy policies of those sites apply — not ours.
10. Refunds
We do not issue refunds for completed work unless an error was made on our part. If we make a mistake, we will correct it promptly and issue a refund or credit as appropriate. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, Spartan Junk Removal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
12. Force Majeure
Spartan Junk Removal will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government orders, labor disputes, utility outages, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside our control. We will notify you as soon as practicable and work to reschedule at the earliest opportunity.
13. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at spartanjunk.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your rights regarding SMS consent and data retention.
14. Cookies
