Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2025
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights so you can feel confident every time you interact with us online or by phone.
What Information We Collect
Information you give us directly:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Home or business address (for scheduling)
- Any messages or inquiries you send us
Information collected automatically when you visit our site:
- Pages visited, time on site, and click patterns
- Referring websites (where you came from)
- Device type and browser (collected in aggregate — not tied to you personally)
We use cookies and tools like Google Analytics to understand how people use our site. Cookies don’t capture your name or email; they just help us improve your experience. Learn more about how Google Analytics handles data.
Text Messaging (SMS)
We send text messages to keep you updated on your service. Here’s what you should know:
How you opt in
You’ll only receive texts if you’ve opted in through one of the following methods:
- Phone opt-in — When scheduling by phone, our team informs you of the SMS program and asks for your consent before adding you to our messaging list. Your consent is documented in our scheduling system at the time of booking.
- Online booking form — When you book online, you are informed that by submitting the form, you may receive text messages regarding your appointment and job updates. We are currently implementing a dedicated opt-in checkbox to this form.
Opting in is never required to book or purchase our services.
What we send
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Crew dispatch and job status updates
- Post-job follow-ups
Message frequency
Up to 5–6 messages per service event. Promotional messages no more than 2–4 times per month. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out
Reply STOP to any text from us. You’ll get one confirmation message and nothing after that.
Need help?
Reply HELP to any text, or email us at [email protected].
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

We never share information that identifies you personally, and we never sell or rent your contact information. We do not sell, share, or disclose your phone number or any SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for any purpose.
If Spartan Junk Removal is ever part of a merger or acquisition, your data may transfer as part of that process. We’ll notify you and explain any changes.
